Vernon Manor and Manchester Manor are comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation centers which provides a wide range of services for people of all ages and medical needs.

As skilled nursing facilities, Vernon Manor and Manchester Manor offers sub-acute care services; I.V. therapies, pain management; orthopedic and cardiac rehabilitation services, complex wound management, respite care, and acute inpatient care for hospice clients. We also offer a dedicated dementia and sub-acute rehabilitation unit.

By meeting the health care industry's high quality standards in personnel, facilities and clinical practice, Vernon Manor and Manchester Manor provide an effective and balanced response to the requirements of clients, families, referring physicians and payers.

 Clients are accepted on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. In addition, daily updates of physicians' orders and nurses' notes are provided to case managers and discharge planners via telephone, fax or written reports.

Vernon Manor and Manchester Manor participate in the Medicare program on an inpatient and outpatient basis, and hold contracts with managed care organizations and HMOs.
