Complex Interventions
Sub-acute care is provided by a seasoned
staff of primary care nurses, supported by a full in-house therapy
staff which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
Fully equipped rehabilitation centers are on-site, enabling clients
to attain optimum recovery in the most timely and appropriate
way possible. Having all services on site, also means that clients
receive their assessment, care plan, reviews and modification
on the day they are admitted. |

I.V. Therapies
Manchester and Vernon Manors are
licensed and approved to a full
range of I.V. therapies including peripheral, central lines and
mid-line modalities.
Therapies included:
- Hydration
- Total Parenteral Nutrition
- Antibiotics/sulfonamide/cortisteroids
- Potassium replace
- Vitamins
- Diuretics

Dialysis
Clients receive peritoneal treatment on site at Manchester and Vernon Manors. Those
who require hemodialysis, receive treatment in conjunction with
Manchester Memorial Hospital and Rockville General Hospital. |

Wound Care
From extensive lower extremity
ulcerations to decubiti receive intensive treatment to attain
optimum results. |
